By creating a Syllog account or accessing any part of the Syllog platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of the Syllog gaming ecosystem, including all games, the leaderboard system, the credits store, and any future features released under the Syllog brand.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Syllog will never ask for your password via email or chat. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person

Accounts found to be shared, sold, or used to exploit the platform may be suspended or permanently banned without refund.

Syllog Credits (SC) are the platform's virtual currency. They can be purchased with real money and used across all Syllog games and the in-game store.

• Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money
• All purchases are final — credits are non-refundable unless required by law
• Credits may expire if your account remains inactive for 12+ consecutive months
• Syllog reserves the right to modify credit pricing and store inventory at any time

Monthly pass subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage subscriptions in your profile settings.

To protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of all players, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics to gain unfair advantages
• Using bots, scripts, or automation tools to manipulate scores or leaderboards
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or staff
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any Syllog game or system
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or exploit promotions
• Impersonating Syllog staff or other players

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, at our sole discretion.

All content on the Syllog platform — including game code, artwork, music, characters, lore, and branding — is the exclusive property of Syllog Games and protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Syllog content without explicit written permission. Streaming or recording gameplay for personal, non-commercial use is permitted and encouraged.

Syllog Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
