1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Syllog Games at sylloggames.com, creating a Universal Syllog ID, or purchasing any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Syllog. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Syllog is available globally. It is your responsibility to ensure use of the platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. Universal Syllog ID & Accounts
When you create a Universal Syllog ID, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your password secure and not share it with others
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Not create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or bans
Your username is your permanent identity across all Syllog games. Usernames that are offensive, impersonate others, or violate these terms may be changed or removed at our discretion.
4. Syllog Credits (SC) & Payments
Syllog Credits (SC) are a virtual currency used within the Syllog ecosystem. By purchasing SC or a Pass membership, you agree that:
- All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
- SC has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- SC balances are stored server-side and cannot be transferred between accounts
- Inactive free accounts may have SC forfeited after 12 months of no login activity
- Gold and Platinum Pass subscribers retain SC balances while their subscription is active
- Pass subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
5. Pass Memberships
Gold Pass and Platinum Pass are monthly or annual subscription services. By subscribing:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Monthly SC gifts are deposited at the start of each billing cycle
- Pass benefits apply immediately upon subscription and are removed upon cancellation
- We reserve the right to change Pass pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, hack, or use unauthorized software to gain an unfair advantage in any game
- Attempt to manipulate SC balances, leaderboards, or game economies
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other players
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract game code
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform
- Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
- Impersonate Syllog staff or other players
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban without refund of any SC balance or purchased items.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Syllog — including games, graphics, logos, code, and the Syllog name — is the property of Syllog Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your Universal Syllog ID username remains your chosen identity, but Syllog Inc. retains the right to remove usernames that violate these terms.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Syllog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We are not liable for any loss of SC, game progress, or data resulting from technical failures, account suspension, or service discontinuation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syllog's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@sylloggames.com. Upon termination, your SC balance and game progress will be forfeited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
